The Making a Better Tomorrow Foundation was established as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of New Jersey and is organized exclusively for charitable or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code and its Regulations as they now exist or as they may be amended. The purposes of the Foundation includes but not limited to, the following:

To foster, support, develop and provide education in matters of improving educational opportunities for underserved students; (ii) develop, support, conduct and promote education programs, symposia, seminars and other activities concerning information that may allow children from low-income areas reach their education and career goals; (iii) accept gifts and contributions of any kind and nature from individuals, corporations or other organizations or associations, whether made by will or otherwise, and in any form of property, all such contributions to be received and accepted under the guidelines and for the purposes set forth in this section.
